Hosting Successful Exhibit Halls within a Virtual Conference

Since our last Connect and Share, many of us have implemented virtual meetings with virtual exhibit halls. Let’s dig a little deeper.

The IAEE Midwest Chapter would like to invite you to join in a discussion about how to have a successful exhibit hall in a virtual world. Build off of the ideas of your colleagues in the field and brainstorm new solutions to help ensure virtual exhibit halls get noticed during virtual conferences. Following a similar format to our connect and share earlier this year, we will utilize polls, chat features, and breakout groups to information share and ideate what the future exhibit hall could look like. We will cover topics like:

• What should be included in a virtual exhibit hall
• What are ways to drive traffic to exhibits
• What does success look like for your exhibitors
• What are creative ways to get attendees to engage in what they are seeing

Please feel free to send us any additional topics you would like to see covered. These are meant to be interactive sessions where we can all learn from each other as we develop a new road map forward.
