Hosted Planner Program: Planners, would you like to apply to be a Hosted Planner and attend complimentary? Please email DT at [email protected] to be placed on the list and we will match you with a supplier to host you as their guest. Matching will take place Monday, August 26, 2024 and you will be contacted via email with your supplier. If a match is unavailable, you will be notified by no later than Tuesday, August 27 and will still be able to register at the planner rate.

I Want to Sponsor a Bay!! Sponsors will have their logo included on all event email communications, the IAEE MWC website, and onsite signage. Sponsors can add collateral to their bays and are allowed (6) complimentary registrations. ($800 + $50 raffle prize). To sponsor a bay, please select ‘sponsor’ under registration category.
