Thursday, December 12, 2019 Time: 10:00 - 10:45 am
TOPIC: How do We Market to and for Exhibitors? Earn .75 CEU Points
IAEE Members Come Together to Share Innovative Ideas
Are exhibitors being left behind? Many organizations have a centralized marketing plans for their meeting which give attendees an overall sense of what they can expect at the meeting, but they may struggle with integrating the exhibit hall into that message without making attendees feel like they are just being sold to. How do you incorporate your exhibitors and your exhibit hall into the overall message? How do you talk about the meeting to your exhibitors and where you do talk about it? What feedback have you heard from exhibitors where they felt there was a gap in communication?

How Big Is Your Pipe?
Educational Program and Member Mixer - Attend and earn 1.5 CEM credits Donald E. Stephens Convention Center
About the Program:
We know we need it, but do we know what “it” is?
We’re talking about the internet and navigating the terms you hear, but may not fully understand.
V-Lan?
2Gig redundant?
How do personal hotspots and 3G/4G technology affect your decision?
Are you paying too much by not asking the right questions for your group?
This insightful panel will discuss the ins and outs and the latest updates in a constantly changing environment. Whether you’re looking at an in-house meeting at a hotel for 300 people or an event at a convention center for thousands, we’ll help you understand what you need so you can budget correctly and get the best service for your event participants.
It’s crucial to know the format of the delivery and we’ll tell you why, as well as define commonly used terms and send you off with a quick reference guide to take back to the office and share.
